Voucher validity
Everything you need to know about how long your voucher lasts and how to use it in time.
Standard validity windows
Most vouchers are valid for 6 to 12 months from the date of issue. Microsoft and AWS vouchers usually run 6 months, PeopleCert and PMI typically 12 months. The exact window is printed on each product page and repeated in your delivery email.
When the clock starts
Validity begins on the date the code is issued to you, not on the date you book your exam. You must sit the exam on or before the expiry date.
Booking versus sitting
Booking a slot inside the validity window is not enough — the exam itself must take place before expiry. Schedule with a few weeks of buffer where you can.
Expired vouchers
Certification bodies do not extend or reissue expired codes, and we cannot refund them. We send reminder emails at 60 and 14 days before expiry so it does not creep up on you.
Bulk orders
For cohort purchases we can stage delivery so codes are issued as each group is ready, which preserves the full validity window for later batches.
