How and when an order can be cancelled.

Cancelling an individual order
Email support@buyexamvouchers.in with your order number before the voucher code has been issued. We confirm cancellation the same working day and refund in full.
Orders already delivered
Once the code has been emailed, the order cannot be cancelled. See the refund policy for the limited exceptions covering faulty codes.
Bulk and purchase orders
Undelivered seats within a bulk order can be cancelled up to the point of issue. Delivered seats are billed in full. Staged-delivery agreements may be amended in writing at any time.
Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if payment fails verification, if stock is unavailable, or if a pricing error is detected. In every such case you receive a full refund and an explanation.
Exam appointments
Cancelling an exam appointment is separate from cancelling an order and is handled on the certification body's portal under their rules.
