How we handle the personal data you share when buying an exam voucher.

Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number, billing address, and optionally company name and GSTIN. We also record order contents and payment status. We never store full card numbers.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, issue a compliant tax invoice, provide support, and meet statutory record-keeping obligations under Indian tax law.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary data with our payment gateway, our email delivery provider, and where required by a certification body to issue or validate a voucher. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Order and invoice records are retained for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Marketing contact data is deleted on request.
Your rights
Write to support@buyexamvouchers.in to access, correct or delete your data, or to unsubscribe from marketing email. We respond within 30 days.
