Vouchers are digital goods delivered by email. Here is exactly how that works.

Delivery method
All vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply anywhere in the world.
Delivery time
Most orders are fulfilled within a few hours of payment confirmation. Every order is guaranteed within 24 hours; orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are covered by the same guarantee.
What arrives
Your email contains the voucher code, the expiry date, redemption instructions for the relevant portal, and a GST invoice as a PDF attachment.
If nothing arrives
Check spam and promotions folders first, then use the Track order page. If status shows delivered but you have nothing, email support@buyexamvouchers.in and we will resend within one working hour.
Bulk delivery
Orders of ten seats or more can be delivered as a single spreadsheet, or staged across dates so that validity windows align with your training calendar.
