Delivery guarantee
If we do not deliver your voucher code within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund of that line item, no questions asked.
Before the code is issued
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the voucher code is emailed to you. There is no cancellation fee.
After the code is issued
Once a code has been delivered it is treated as consumed and is not refundable, in line with certification-body policy. This applies whether or not you have booked or sat the exam.
Faulty codes
If a delivered code fails to redeem for a reason attributable to us or our supplier, we replace it, or refund in full if a replacement is not available within 72 hours.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days of approval. Bank posting times may add 2 to 3 days.
Raising a request
Email support@buyexamvouchers.in with your order number. We acknowledge within one working day.
